How to repair Warhorse Gambeson

My Warhorse Gambeson is at 0% condition while everything else was atleast 70. I went to the armorsmith in Rattay and I can't repair it, but I can repair my other equipment. Help please.

Thanks I'm on my way to the tailor right now I realized this after noticing that some other cloth items couldn't be repaired and an article that mentioned the tailor.

the warhorse gambeson is really heavy for a cloth item, however the benefit is that it costs almost nothing to repair, I think I paid like 0.5 to repair it, whereas other stuff cost like 30-60

Yeah it is really cheap. I don't have much problems with weight.
