not sure how to fix if all quest givers run from you, the only way I know of getting rep is by helping them out in quest's/activities.
If you can reaload a save unless someone else know more
Go do something else for a while. Reputation should eventually "mellow" with the locals.
Also, this is why you don't go on foolish robbing sprees.
Thanks. It wasn't really a foolish robbing spree, haha. It was my one and only robbing spree, in what I thought was the middle of nowhere. Just so happens that this middle of nowhere is part of the main story.
Unfortunately, still unable to talk to her after doing a load of quests in the surrounding towns. She just bolts every time I go near her xD
hmmm..... maybe try giving traders good deals (give them money), should get traders likeness up and maybe the citizens
