Reloaded and instead turned in the guy on the scaffolding, the overseer sent some guards with me, and Zmola was drawn out into a fight.
Yes I let him go but if I reload to point to scaffolding scene I will revert all my other progress as well. I am just gonna go without finishing it I guess.
This time however I found Zmola standing upstairs in the upper most long narrow room with the straw beds. There's some dialogue about Pashek being hurt, though his body isn't there and then when I offered to take a look at his wounds Zmola kills the lights somehow and attacks. Once he was down Peshek was standing in the room beyond however I couldn't interact with him. Got the same "Tell Divish about your investigation" message though.
No idea what I did to trigger the change. Just a bugged quest for now it seems.
oh no, if shutting the client down to refresh object actor states to default checkpoints is how i think i interpreted that behavior, i think i know exactly why the game is corrupting saves...
He was heading south (I found him just west of the other grain marker).
Speaking to him triggers the rest.
This did take multiple attempts, you have to be fast getting there.
Actually that sounds awesome you caught him carrying Peshek wish I coulda seen them.
