What time is Dawn? I need to meet with the young Lord

I have to meet a Lord for a hunting trip. I have been to the location at the correct time but he is never there.

To the best of my knowledge Dawn starts around half six in the evening.

Is the time different in this game?

In my Game i was late and arrived @ ~8.45, he was waiting for me and the quest started.
