Reputation with the soldiers of Rattay

How to increase reputation with the soldiers of Rattay ?

My reputation did increase at one point, but the miller quests reduced that reputation.

I would point out that I have never been caught for a crime, I only once agreed to have a guard search me, but apparently it was only keys, I had no stolen items on me. And all the other times I refused to be searched: "Success" every time, thanks to a high score in charisma or eloquence / speech (charisma: 20, for example).

Since these quests for the millers this reputation with the guards remains at 69, how do I increase it ?

I thought that winning the tournament would allow me to increase this reputation but after 5 victories in a row ("champion of the arena" success), this reputation does not increase, which is very strange, you would think that my victories in the tournament would have logically increased this reputation but it is not the case, it is not very logical !

I had played the game in 2018 but I don't remember how I did it before. Maybe advancing in the main quest will make it go up ...?

I specify that I have done almost all the quests of Rattay, I have just finished that of the Vaulois (heretics of Uzice).

On the other hand, I have 100 with the villagers and refugees of Skalice, 94 with the merchants of Rattay and 78 with the countryside.

If you have done all the quests in Rattay, the only other way I know how is to ride between Ledetchko and the second miller. There is a rare chance that guards and bandits will spawn fighting each other. If you help the soldiers you will gain Rattay rep. Sometimes though the bandits will surrender easy which means you can't help the guards for the rep. Not really worth it imo.

I'm not sure if the Robber Baron quest increases it if you haven't done that yet.
Other than that I am out of ideas.

Doing the Bandit quests for Captain Bernard increase it significantly for every Bandit Camp you clear, but there is only a few of these to do.

I have encountered battles with Talmberg Guards against bandits or Cumans, sometimes I did indeed gain reputation for Talmberg but I never met (I believe) Rattay Guards. Maybe once, but I got fuc*ked up or had to hit a guard by mistake so I reloaded the game, lol (and then not Rattay guards after). :(

advance main quest. there are some events that make rattay soldiers like you enough to stop the constant searches

Outside a few of the towns is a band of bandits that attacks the traders travelleing through, kill them and save the traders will improve your rep with the guards.
There is some between The Inn in the Glade and Talmburg, there is another lot just up from the monestary in Sasau, take the road heading towards Samopesh.

There are a few places around that will spawn Rattay-aligned guard/bandit duels -

1. East of Ledetchko on the north side of the river, between the town and the bridge on the way to Woyzcek the Miller.
2. The Western road to Neuhof at the 2nd T-intersection between the Broken Wheel Tavern and the first farm southwest of Neuhof - they spawn in the small valley right at the intersection and just east and up the hill of the Neuhof bandit camp. In fact, if the camp is occupied, they will often come up hill and investigate the ruckus.
3. West of the Rattay Executioner's gallows at the fork in the road.

Note that in each of these encounters, the guards are wearing the Rattay black-gold livery, so they're easy to spot. Don't kill any guards or any bandits/Cumans who surrender.

Do a daily patrol around these areas, you'll encounter them soon enough.

Ah I now understand why the guards wanted to arrest me, I had killed bandits or coumans who wanted to surrender, but I am not used to leaving them alive lol (it's logical, here)

You are basically killing their prisoners.
