NPC's won't stop fighting me

So for some reason Fritz and Mathew started beating my ass together with master Karl.
It keeps happening over and over, now I dont care much for Fritz and Mathew but I need master Karel to complete the rocketeer quest. I've heard that not fighting back and running to a guard helps. When I tried this the gaurd joined in on the the fun and started beating my allready irritated ass. After pressing G for like 300 times this city gaurd hero keeps saying: "No blablabla for you" and something along the lines of it's to late to surrender now. My question is how do I get them to stop beating my virgin ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ so I can continue with the quest.

Thanks in advance and yes as soon as I don't need Master Karel anymore I'm gonna stick my sword so far up his ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ his breath will smell like iron for the next short period he has left to live.

it means you have wronged them...mathew and friz and the guards will attack on site when they feel like they have been wronged ex: you knock them out undetected to pickpocket them or did something that was illegal that didn't get you a wanted level but they know it was you. you need to get wanted then go to prison for a couple of days and it should be fixed...this is not a glitch its a game mechanic. npcs will either run away of fight you if you have a bad reputation with them and you can correct this by going to prison
