Your timing is just bad. It is quite easy to kill those first 2 guards up on the wall. Then down into the courtyard where you can kill a few more.

However... the quest is scripted to end with you being spotted and you have to make a run for it and abort. You cannot succeed at the planned rescue.

But you most certainly can get much farther than you did.

YEP..lineare game....has a "SET" ending in this Quest...anything else will "CTD" this part of the game, (kinda like Captain Kirk in Star Trek "CHEATING DEATH" by Buggering Up "Spocks" Unwinable Program?" but that part about Changin Destiny, here ain't possible?) lol

Even if you take out the guards and get to the winch in the tower to open the porticulus, it is not activatable. Only way to advance the story is to find another guard, get detected, and then fight.
FOR EVERYONE READING - The "Night Raid" quest is scripted as a FAIL, even if you succeed going unnoticed and kill every enemy, the DOORS to where Radzig and Stephanie are, is SEALED by the GAME SET UP BY DEVELOPER. In every possible instance you end up stuck and Cinematic with Hans arrow to the ass cuts, even tho you killed everyone.
It is a way of DEVS saying to the gamers - F YOU
I do not know why anyone would buy this game :) i mean there are dozens of heavy duty bugs, but you can glitch through them if you are smart, but on top of that there are countless quests that simply put defeat the player by default whatever you do all solutions lead to the same end.
So much for realism..

Well not everyone is a whimsy ♥♥♥♥♥ that cannot accept defeat

The end is not the same. If you fail earlier Capon doesn't get shot in the ass lol.
As for impossible goals - yes, there are some. Including Henry's delusional dream to avenge his parents. And this is realistic indeed

You do realise what you just wrote? You MUST Fail?
I am not saying game is difficult, far from it, this is one of the easiest games i have EVER played.
Playing with a bow, you literally headshot armies, and you can steal entire towns and never end up in prison.

My character was perfectly capable of killing each and every guard in "Night Raid quest" without raising the alarm.. and after i do so, i just wander around freely, plus the doors are not fortified there is simply no "E" you are not allowed to interact with them, and its either random cutscene where he gets the arrow even tho no enemies remain, or you just go back and fail the quest.

Why would you defend bad game design... Developer was just lazy they did not want to script alternate solutions to quests.
This game is anything but REAL , it breaks immersion every step of the way.

I cleared both prybislavitz and vranik camps entirely and it meant nothing.
They could have had the courtesy to make at least a dialogue: "Good, their army is crippled ...whatever" if they were too lazy to do cutscenes.
They just did not care about player freedom and they want all players to finish the game exactly the same ... how thick and borring you must be for that.

I can name dozens of bugs, glitches, exploits and story plotholes that break game immersion and realism, hell the game is a joke.
While i appreciate what they did with visuals, combat, sneak mechanics, trading and so on, they released unfinished game.

It's the most immersive RPG I've played in decades, since Morrowind and Gothic

You were not supposed to do that. There are more than enough alternative solutions in KCD gameplay and quests. But this obviously wasn't an alternative solution.
These scenatios were intended to be impossible and it's ensured by large amounts of enemies and other conditions so it wouldn't make sense for Henry to overcome all of them on his own, and would require inadequate efforts from the player to do that.
Like why would you want to go out of your way to kill everyone in Vranik when you're naked, beaten and the story gives you all means, reasons and a direct objective to escape? How much savescumming is needed for that? Yeah tell me more about your 'immersion'.
Still, the game allows you that up to a certain point - it's still technically possible, especially with cheats and exploits. They didn't script it in a way to prevent you from killing all of them, but prevented you from going any further.
It's not a perfect implementation, but does that mean that nothing in the game has consequences, as you put it? No, obviously.
If that was too immersion-breaking for you - too bad. But it seems you weren't even trying to be immersed, only to intentionally break the game.

I went to where my granpa and granma live in that area and I could not find their house.... game's not real !!!111111!11!1!

It's not the only time you're suppost to fail against the impossible odds. During the quest Vipers Nest are you not suppost to be able to clear out the bandit camp, during The Die is Cast you're also not suppost to clear out the camp and during Night Raid you're of course also not suppost to clear the castle. You win these 3 battle without glitches or savescumming, just by pure skill and good preperation.

You got to admit that it can be annoying that all this time you can put a lot of effort into your actions will the game just ignore it and force you to do the intended way. I can only consider it a flaw in game's design.
