Adding "user.cfg" for the Epic Store version

Hi - does anyone know how to add the lines to the game launcher when the game is bought through Epic Store ? The launcher is a bit different.
I basically just want to add -heapsize 2097152 +exec user.cfg to the launcher

Create a text file named "user.cfg" using Notepad (a text-only editor).

Place the file in the top level game install directory:
>KingdomComeDeliverane>

This directory also contains the following directories & files (among others):
>Bin>
>Engine>
>Data>
system.cfg
kcd.log

I run from Steam, and most folks say you need to tell Steam loader to use "user.cfg" but i think the game looks for it automatically, since it did for me. (i never told Steam Loader - i just plopped in the directory and it gets used)

P.S. game finds for it automatically, of course.
