Report a translation problem
When you get Training in Archery, it doesn't result in holding the bow correctly.
Note the details of the Archery skill itself, that you need to achieve level 5 in Archery to hold/aim the bow "correctly."
Why that doesn't happen the first time you visit a Master Archer and pay for "Training" is beyond me, but the Dev's tied it to a number (level 5) instead of a logical game flow/training event.
Buy or steal a better bow and arrows as your sills get higher.
If you didnt know check your skills available and decide which one to learn to upgrade them.
Look in inventory>player skills see any star like icons means some available.
Read the codex so all of them are registered as read.
In the Thief series (famous for archery) He holds it straight at least in Thief 1 and 2
