What happens if you kill Zbyshek in Skalitz in the beginning (possible spoiler)

As title says, I've killed Zbyshek when he came to brawl with us during the Deutsch house quest (beating him to unconsciousness and killing him on ground).

What would happen afterwards? Would it break the game?

Try it, I don't think much would happen, it would just create another Zbyshek.
