Alhouse maid, Theresa, does this happen to everyone? (Fiendish)

So a few days ago when I was going thru the completely and thoroughly awesome Getting Wasted and Laid cut scene with Father Godwin...sometime in the middle of that DEBAUCHERY the Quest pops up to go see Theresa.

Then Henry gets ridden like Henry never rode Pie or Pebbles or Dapple Grey...so was that just coincidental timing on her Quest, or intentional to make me/Henry feel bad for <insert appropriately awesome innuendo for hiding Henry's sausage in the alehouse maid's meat locker...oh dang I just did that>

just timing. cause that prompt to see what she is up to pops no matter what I am doing at the time. once. I was fast traveling from the mill to Skaliz when the prompt of "I wonder what she is up to ? " came in.
