Why cant I get Adam to join me at Pribyslavitz?
I saw he was one of the people that can go but he's telling me to come back when he's interested

besides the butcher and bakers everyone else either is involved in a quest that needs finished or has a quest of thier own that requires you to find out what it is and how to finish it is such a way that they want to come work for you. like the huntsman in talmber. if you did the hare quest and didn't do the le fem fatal quest you can ask him to join you as well. That is the thing the choices you make effect your village.

you have to finish the fritz and mathew quest line they are connected. wiki has the quest links to follow to start the quest.
