No, I mean as the game is on a free weekend I was able to start the download. But I'm not sure if I can keep it.

I must add that I was able to load my saves (the ones I had in my original playthrough), so I'm convinced that there's a chance Steam recognized it as a game I have and does not want me to buy it separately.
Yes, you can add games by ubisoft from steam to Uplay if u mean this But no from uplay to steam.
