Anyway to remove those icons? Trying to go for a somewhat hudless ui, and I don't see anything that these perks add, and would like not to have to see them.

No.
They wear off, the first is when you drink an alcoholic drink like save drink or potion.
the 2nd is a good diet to get rid of that one over eat but is replced lol

I don't remember ever seeing some of them I should have seen before like the croahing icon, They must have removed some of them on updates done.
