Random Mercenary Duel

A mercenary wanted to duel me. I accepted the challenge. After a few minutes my masterstrike hit his face. He went down and I only had the option to kill him for mercy. :-)

Is this a bug? I guess the fight should end after you have beat him up enough.

But I am fine with it. The loot was worthy more than the wager. :-)

Nomarly he surrenders fine. But if you deal a fatal blow, happened to me as well, then he dies.

You can also just wait for him to recover - he will probably get up after a while.

After they are mortally wounded? I only see Npcs succumb to their wounds than recovering.

Had the same event some days ago. But he went down with the second blow 😅

I've put him out of his misery too.
Didnt cared for the money anyway.

The wayfaring knight is also not too strong but he keeps trying.

In this game, some quests tell you do one thing....
But if you do something else, it might have a better result.....

It was just a weak mercenery tho.

He could protect no one like he told me.

Btw i let the wayfaring knight and black peter live after they passed out so i'm no killer 😁

Somehow he had less Groschen for me. Even tho he just got them from me.

I have 40k Groschen or so. Money is so easy to get by after a while. So a few Groschen make no difference.

just merched this nerd. hit him with the riposte and then choked him out from behind after he paid me. put his body in a bush and curb stomped him. decent enough loot i guess.

afaik nobody recovers from having "mercy kill" prompt
