How to Download Mods/Mod Folder not doing anything?

Alright, I am going to finally start a new run and do it hardcore, however, I want to have the Spearmans Delight Mod. I downloaded it, and the file is sitting in the mods folder, under the main Kingdom Come Deliverance folder. However, there is no alert saying I have downloaded mods. Also, the mod is a file folder, and under that file folder there is a data file folder and a mod.manifest folder. In the data folder, there is x_Spearman's Delight.pak and there is a libs file folder. I assume that you guys dont need to know whats under the libs file folder, I have provided the other information in the hopes it is useful. Please help me, I would really enjoy playing KCD again (hardcore of course) and I would really like to use a spear. Thank you for your time.

Read the instructions on the Mod page ? Normally it's just extract and move to Mods folder, but there are details here for this mod (from it's own mod page)

Yeah, its a 7z folder and there is no option to extract. However, I downloaded 7zip and I extracted it into the mods folder, and it isn't working. I dont know if its because i wasn't supposed to extract it (like it said) and just move it to that folder, in 7z form, or what.

Use the compression/decompression utility from this site - it figure it out automagically.

.7z is from them, but the .pak files are actually the original .zip format, just renamed to obfuscate.

But follow the directions - the game decompresses the .pak files itself
