DLC Before or After main story?
I want to get them but I'm curious if it's better to beat the main story before them or wut.

I think it is better to do them before entering Vranik. It essentially doesn't matter when you do the DLC, but I think the earlier the better.

My reasoning: Games get boring to me after finishing the main quest. Vranik is basically the beginning of the end of the game to me. Also, you can use the loot and stat gains you might get in the DLC events for the end game battles.

I'm doing DLC in second play through. Pribitzslav being re-occupied after it was liberated seems a natural. Doing my best not to repeat side quests, and delay main quest at natural breaks.

So far so good.

The Sir Hans DLC comes naturally after the main quest in my opinion and that's when I did it. I am not even sure if it's possible to start it earlier?
From the Ashes... I did that before I started the monastery quest and I think the timing felt right in terms of the story.
BoB - You can do this anytime but it feels natural to do it late in the game. Personally I would not have been able to finish the last battle successfully if I wasn't a fully powered up level 20 Henry wearing all of the best equipment. It was tougher than any main quest battle imo. Without giving too much away you can finish the final battle in a variety of ways. Finishing it in the way that I wanted and that felt like the best ending was quite tough.

Gotchya, I'm at the perfect time to do them then. I just beat the Thug that stole my sword (who also had it in hand as Henry cried about it lol)

Doing them side-by-side - taken MQ up to point of defeating Runt with a few side quests (the Vagabond, Theresa, Lady Stephanie, Soothsayer etc) and bits of the Sir Hans Quest, left Pribislavitz until I had enough Groats to cover the basics without it making me poor.
