No audio in game
I am trying to play the game after not playing it in a couple of months but now I have no audio in game. As soon I get to the main menu all audio just cuts out. I have tried so many different things over the past week but nothing seems to fix it. If anyone knows how to fix this issue I would really appreciate your help.

Game intact?
HD sound DLCs?
Mods?
Default system.cfg, no changes in user.cfg?
KCD is not muted in Windows Sound Mixer?

Also its a fresh install as I reinstalled it to see if that would fix it.

Also check in sound mixer whether it actually outputs sound to same speakers it is supposed to.

I had similar problem with no sound in another game due to garbage Realtek drivers; solved it by:
Windows | Sound properties > Speakers > Enhancements / [v] Disable all enhancements

There's also "Exclusive mode" in Advanced tab, try unchecking that too. Or vice versa

Finally,
Windows Control panel > Troubleshooting > Sound
this actually works sometimes!

BTW, did you reboot your PC? We all are too used to sleep/hibernate nowadays

load the game and input these into console
wh_snd_fmstatus wh_snd_fmfiles
See what it says

Or simply open \KingdomComeDeliverance\kcd.log

and look for "AudioSystem initialization" - it says this in mine:
<Audio>: AudioSystem initialization Font initialization About to initialize FMOD Studio. Headers: 11007. Master bank: KCD.bank FMOD version check: Headers 11007, Binaries 11007 CryAudioImplFmod: initializeFmodStudio succeeds (banks: KCD.bank, KCD.strings.bank) FMOD version: Headers 11007, Binaries 11007 Audio driver in use by FMOD Studio: -- getOuput returned 8 -- Driver name: "Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)" -- System rate: 48000 Hz -- Speaker mode is 3 -- Speaker mode channels: 2 channels
