Loot selling

Is there any specific type of merchant that buys literally anything you take to him?(aside from stolen maybe).
Also does every merchant will return back with bigger purse after i've 'robbed' them, or it's just millers and '???' ?

ah, although i said ton, i've simply added it to a number which my inventory was telling me, so 2500+, dunno what units exactly

The Neuhof horse trader is a good one.

The Rattay alchemist will also buy anything.

If you buy all of his books (or buy high quality horse gear at neuhof), the next day they should have a lot of buying power. It takes time but eventually you can get them to be able to spend 20k+ in a single cycle. If you rob them their money resets back to what it was at the start of the game. Even if you just pick their chest and don't open it, I've had that reset their groshen before.

That is just about what I can think of right now. There really isn't that many that you can sell to, and the game really isn't made for you to loot an army and resell their equipment.

Checked prices across about 70% types of items with apothecary, trader, and huntsman - all in Rattay.
Results in given prices on all items - Hunter > Trader > Apothecary
hmm, guess i'll be selling all my loot to huntsman then.
i'll also check horse trader in Neuhof, maybe also miller.

I tend to result in the same. The Hunter just have more money. But the Apothecary tend to be better then the trader due to having more items of value & worth and getting more money in the pool. The trader is always good but they just have to little money. It is best to sell armor at the armorsmith and weapons to the weaponsmith. Anything else goes to the hunter.

It depends on how much they like you. You can increase reputation by tipping, and they will pay more later. I usually tip until they hit 75 and then start haggling in the other direction.

The horse trader is the best if you level up speech, because she is a woman and you get a perk that increases reputation with women. Basically your reputation is at 100 with her even though it's only at 75.

When I got +40 burger's swords I normally do not care how much I get as just getting any money is the goal. You also have no need for 30k.

traders are best for non stolen loot
