Sparring with Captain Bernard makes my weapons marked stolen

After my first succesful tournament i went to spar with Captain Bernard to make my mace skills better, and went from there to continue my main questline for a good two hours, until i realized my main weapon and torches were marked as stolen (Longinus´sword from a treasure chest and torches from the prologue) and at that point it made completing next tournament impossible because every second guard was trying to search me because of it. Havent stolen anything in the playthrough, had to reload a save way back and replay 2 hours worth of gameplay again because of it.

Put yer STOLEN stuff in a Chest for a few days maybe?(the heat should go away? You can find a church and PUT money in the POOR box inside the door, it helps to make the guards quit...
