Q: what is the sign "book with a plus" when sitting?

I've met nowhere a discription of the sign "book with a plus". It appears when sit on a bad or on a bench. What it means?

I think it means that you have activated some perk that allows you to either read faster while you are sitting comfortable or your comprehension while reading is higher and you get more out of the book.
