How can I know if enemy is bleeding?

During all my play time and plenty of fights, I've never seen any signs of enemy is bleeding. After a while, you start to pay attention to details, and still, I can't recognize and know for sure if my strike caused enemy to bleed. There are no blood spots anywhere on the ground or equipment, nor any remarkable wounds on their faces or something.

Is there any way to see bleeding effect on enemy?

There's a mod for it. But on the base game, you will see blood on their armor if you hurt them, but I don't think it's linked to bleeding per say. However, there's a perk allowing you to have a buff when you make an ennemy bleed, that's how I know at the moment.

The Sadist perk activates when you cause someone to bleed, so that's a good indicator(though only for first enemy you do it too).
