But Matthias says after the harvest. So I assume they never come as the game is stuck in summer.

I left the finishing of from ashes till I knew I had got everyone to come and stay. And after the happy ending of Maddona of Sassau quest they agreed to come.

I have not seen them mentioned in any of the guides of who will come. So I have a small ray of hope someone else managed this. But I have not got my hopes up.

They are too busy when I asked them. Same with the armorers love their place had to do a silly quest as the 2 armourers were fighting over who had the best armor. in teh end neither would come.
Couldn't get a trader either. But it doesnt matter really. Refugees filled the spots as is. I thought I had to get a baker and blacksmith.. no?
I did get a nice pretty girl to serve ale.
The whole dlc is a bit hmmm. It was nice but not really much for us to do. My rep is great. Maybe I was too experienced before doing this DLC I found it a bit bland after so much effort to get teh money and training. I completed it today:)
