Monastary prior

i told nevlas about the 2 guys drinking in the basement ,he told me to report it to the prior
but theres no option to tell the prior anything..is that a bug or is that it and i cant do anything more?

I mean, you could try killing them all. That is something you can do. Dunno whether youwould want to, but you have the option to.

side quests in KCD are horrible, better dont touch them ( or do them all if you like running from one place to another like some postman or snitch or a servant on someones party :/ )

I remember I had the option but it doesn't affect anything anyway. Prior tells how he was suspecting this long ago and how he's going to report it to the abbot and punish drunkards or something like that, and that's it
You can't affect the politics in the monastery in any way despite having some quests seemingly allowing to. Who knows if this is cut content, or it's supposed to be like just a demonstration of how things are going in medieval church

Definitely cut content. A lot was cut from this game sadly. It doesn't even have crossbows for god's sake, and it's supposed to be as historically accurate as possible and set in the 15th century.
