Is there a better way to train unarmed?

I decided to go for a no kill run of beating ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ over the head, but training unarmed with bernard is only getting me 20 to 40 xp per won round (at unarmed lvl 9), and im getting ♥♥♥♥♥♥ carpal tunnel over here. Is there a better way to grind unarmed?

Are there any cows near Rattay? Pigs and Horses run as soon as you slug them.

you could just pick fist fights with anyone you see in the wild. or do the punch me quest i think you can do it more after as an event in rattay?

Also, note, punching horses will ♥♥♥♥♥♥ kill them, dont know why i didnt see that coming, but i just killed al buriq.

EDIT : Never mind, i guess he was KO'd. cause he got up. Goes down after one hit though.

also take off your armour so the fights last longer and you dont just beat the crap out of people in 5 seconds.

Haven't played since last march, but I would sometimes hear a villager hollering "thief!" and chasing a guy. If you trample said guy with your horse, you can jump off feed him a jolly good beatdown. Not sure how much xp for doing so, but probably worth taking advantage of...

Yea, I just chase them down on foot. They arent worth much cause they surrender quickly. Good thought though.

You can continuously fight Milan in Rattay in the fist arena. well not when hes pissing himself knocked the ♥♥♥♥ out but maybe after he wakes up lol.

Ive made it to lvl 12 now just fighting Bernard. Turns out the reason i wasnt getting much xp was cause the grapples, that he infinitely chains himself into, werent giving me xp. So i just gotta push him away and keep jabbing.
