Kuno's camp gone? (battle of the bastards DLC)

so i have a question about the end of the DLC:

i ended the questline fighting with kuno to kill the noble, every single member of the band survived. i kept the misc quest for the ring, i went back and confrimed they were still there, took a sleep there and everything.

so i just went on with the game an eventually i got a "quest failed" for the ring misc quest. thought someone died, eventually i walked by where the camp was and its gone. all the tents and all evidence of it was completely gone.


i honestly really dont care. this game is great but the DLCs are terrible. i just want to know if it is intended for the band to just pack up n leave or is this a bug?

i still have the reputation tab for the camp

Of course it's intended, they also mention in the dialogues that they'll remain there for a short time and then pack and leave.
I also noticed an interesting detail in my playthrough, first the camp got overgrown with grass, and only after some time disappeared completely. If that was intended I'm not sure.
Personally I enjoyed all DLCs, even From the Ashes if only for the option to give Kunesh a job

this is literally my favorite game of all time, oblivion is a close 2nd as they very similar, and its why i enjoy this game so much (its a better oblivion but realistic).

but come on mate, from the ashes and Band of bastards are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terrible. i actually havent played the other 2 yet (restarted to play HC, so im working my way back up) so im holding out hope. but for the money they want for these "add-ons" (upwards of 10 dollars) its sad how poorly fleshed out they are.

if you want my opinion on from the ashes i have a really extensive review on it that might change your mind, but it seems like your in a reactionary defense response for the game. trust me dude, i love the game its actually legit my favorite game. but i can still realize some aspects of it are lacking (i cant give money or use my extreme wealth on beggars) and that the DLC is incredibly over priced for the effort put into it.

the fact I'm asking (because they are just gone after some seemingly random # of days & while still saying i have a reputation with them on the tab) is evidence that is not exactly clear if this was intended.
