Steam unable to sync my game (cloud save)? [Solved it]

I played on another computer before, while steam tells me there are over 730 mb of cloud save, steamm cannot sync with them. This is an over 100h save so...

I have tried restarting steam and my pc, no luck, any idea?

Update:

I started the game anyway and steam seems to have erased my cloud save. I did not play the game and closed it. A few days later when I tried to run the game steam told me that there is a conflict in save file (cloud says there are 730mb of save and local computer says there are none), and asked if I want to copy the cloud files to local computer, I said yes. BUT it seems to get stuck at 430mb. So I :

1. Locate the save file, for me (windows 10) it is located at C:\Users\username\Saved Games\kingdomcome

2. I backup the save file and delete the original one (close steam first)

3. Run steam and try to run the game, steam tells me there is a conflict in save, choose to download cloud save files to local computer

4. Let steam downloads my cloud save, it is pretty slow but working.
