Untying Sir Hans bug

[Raison]

No mods, fresh new save.
Didn't played this game for months hoping the bugs are gone but it's still here.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

Server Demands on Steam over Holidays are Seeming to be causing a few crashes...try Saving/Quiting KCD and Verifying the game on Steam, then Starting KCD up..and try it?

Tell me the exact steps you do. Both my friend and I have had bugs on that quest. I fixed mine by killing the cumans first and restarting the quest.

ANY KIND of Steam game "Verify" it to insure it is not missing files as Follows;
Verify the game...it MAY HAVE downloaded In-correctly and is Missing files
(words written below in ( Brackets) mean "Do this action",)
THIS is part of Steam Function to FIX all non functioning games;
go to the game Library in STEAM
Select
(any game you have on steam)
(right click on it)
OPEN
Local Files
(scroll down to find)
VERIFY,
(click on it and let it run)
DONE!
99.9% chance in my mind that the game will start/run after this
Suggest to CLOSE steam after if Verifies all files
then restart steam and the KCD game
If your still stuck, Find "RICK" on a Pinned Post, he's a KCD Dev, and Reacts quickly to "STUCK" people on his posts!

Its usually SOMETHING real simple...and NOT a game sequence...especially OVER busy Times on Servers such as Christmans Holidays? (Files get Currupted when loaded or go missing) Use the Above "Verify" process to Insure the game will start/run correctly (it is on Steam Support...along with a Lot of other GOODIES in the HELP section on the Top of every STEAM page )....

Yaa..freeing HANS first should NOT bugger things UP...you have to ESCAPE with hans then...as he cant FIGHT being Hurt..If you free an Injured person...then you gotta DEFEND him from more attacks...right (logic reigns in this game btw).... If your still having probs...Do a PC reboot before YELLING for more help please...Im kinda Thinking the REGEDIT...may not be SET correctly(stay outta there...its for PC Gurus please)...Usually this will SET if correctly
