Black Peter
seems to be a lot of bugs around this guy. So i won 2 tournements... at some point i got jumped by black peter but just ran away because i thought it was a random encounter(happened while fast travel) Now hes just there in that spot... with the rope... but he isnt attacking me... he just sits there and ignores me.

It seems like hes involved in another quest... should i just leave it? or is he forever bugged in my game?

Just kill him. He deserves it. After he jumped you did that triggered any quest? Even if not still kill him.

It didn't.. . Now he just stares at me. I suppose I could just kill him but I'm worried it will bug out another quest... I thought he was tied to the hans DLC? I didn't want spoilers so i only vaguely read any discussion of it

Okay well I'm just going to leave him camping. Sure I'll keep getting clotheslined as I forget about it but oh well.
