Cant start a woman's lot

when i ask theresa how she manged to survived and she asks if i want to hear the story i say i do and she says alright then and then walks off and nothing happens, i have quite a few mods here is my mod order

As its a DLC it is a separate game.
Cant say if mods would effect this.

When my Henry spoke to her about what really happened she responded it was a long a story and do I really want to hear it.
How far are you into the game?
I had completed the Keeping the peace
Have you courted her first? << This is a main quest and I did The Woman's Lot after I had courted her.

thats what she says for me too when i say i do she just walks off, im at the If You Can’t Beat ’em quest (the 17th main story quest), and i just did the first date with her, i will court her and see if that fixes the problem.

I tested the DLC as soon as you get to Rattay (by mistake), so should work anytime you access it.

Most likely your mods broke the game.
