It's Raining, the rain man perk (stealth) isn't showing in buffs?

Is this normal, or is this another bug?

Edit: Makes me wonder if it's even working.. Before when first returning to skalitz, while it was raining.. I noticed it showing active then, so.. I dunno.. Outside Rattay rn, and a rain started while I was near bath house.. It isn't showing in buffs atm..

Edit 2: nvm .. just took a while for it to engage, finally shows, lol
