Finding father simon bug

Hey I encouted something really weird I did man of the cloth by accident and whenever I try to talk the farm guy at ronva I cannot interact with him is it possible to do the in gods hand now?

There should be some a marker on the map where to go to to find him.
Is the quest flagged as active in your inventory quests data?

Yes in gods hands not man of the cloth that quest is comeplete. In gods hands flags him but I cannot interact with him no "talk option" is it possible to skip this part and go straight for the woods. While still been able to complete the quest? I done it before but on realism everything is massive pain

You should be able to complete this you can also wait till they come together.
First you rescue him wait a day then go to Rovan> he will be sitting outside
You just need to ask him for the poison cure at the house next to the church in Rovna.
Go back to Johonka talk to her or whatever you needed it for,
