Did you make it through the mines and talk to Sir Jezhek?
Now that Sir Jezhek is at your mercy, you can have him carted off to Rattay.
Master Feyfar will congratulate you on a job well done, and ask that you go meet with Sir Radzig back at Rattay as well, so you can formulate your next plan.
Edited, are you doing just main quests do you realize there is around 74 side quests plus activities completing all main quests can wipe the side quests .

The cobber is just a side quest in the main quest. It is the quicksilver that leads to the end.
Not true. Zach gives away the location where they hand copper, if you go there you find 2 bandits that you can persuade to tell where the workshop is. They even tell about a secret unguarded entrance

I stand corrected. Won that duel for Zach and gave me the location to the camp. But I never had the two bandits give me location of workshop so always thought it was a dead end quest. A quest to do so you can have your armorsmith in your village.
