Cuman disguise quest?

I got the disguise to look like what people think Cumans are but now what? We were supposed to be robbing a caravan or something? Andrew gave me a unrelated lead to Rattay, Fritz won't talk to me at all, and Matt will only give me training. Is the heist off after all the prep work?

All you can do is keep doing the quests until they are nolonger busy or have other stuff to do, ask them whats on their mind.\
This was one difficult level to play as it had so many quests
Sheep in Wolfs Clothing<< take the side of Hanekin Hare and fail that quests to get the Cherchez la Femme quest finish it and you awarded Hunter or Talmbeg and the hunters lodge up on the hill behind Talmberg.

Andrew I think you need to find some stolen family treasure.
Fritz or Mathew ask them whats on their mind and they want to rob the paymaster at the quarry.

Yeah not sure if it's part of some unfinished questline or an intentional troll quest but that's it. There will be big heist later but the 'disguise' is never used. Just a unique useless set of armor. 2 sets, actually, if you get every ingredient right instead of finding cheaper substitutes you'll be rewarded with 'Magical cuman outfit'. Which is absolutely identical to normal one except by name, as far as I know. So I think it is a troll quest. Fritz and Matthew are fools

I think you need to progress the game more to be able to continue those quests, I've yet to do them myself but there's footage on youtube

Quest called Masquerade. It is a pointless quest that gives you another opportunity to kill Cumans. It is actually one of my favorites.

Speaking of , I've wondered...does the Cuman disguise serve ANY purpose ? AKA do crimes without heat or such, or is the disguise just dead weight ?

Dead weight, far as I've seen. You'll still be recognized with the outfit on by people, and Cumans will look at you funny and shout a few things before chopping you to bits.

Try going to Pribyslavitz during Nest of Vipers for a laugh with your Magical Cuman disguise.

Alright, I've continued the quest a bit. You need to progress the main story some, and do the Besmirched quest for Andrew. After that you can continue with Matthew and Fritz, although the caravan thing doesn't seem to come up again and the cuman disguise is pointless
