I am stuck in a bush and my last save point is 1.5 hours ago. Is there a mod or something that would allow me to move through terrain?

what he said, if you're too full to fast travel just drop the heaviest items and then pick them up after you've jumped on and off the horse =)

It is a serious answer (unless you've taken the perk that prevents it). You either wake in a random location, or (with the other relevant perk) safely in "your" bed.

A very useful 'get out of a stuck location' option, when fast travel isn't available (some locations in the world, or in hardcore mode).
