Freeze after hitting ESC or inventory key

Hey guys, I have problem from the moment I installed and played new DLC, I loaded my end game save, talked to Hans Capon and recieved new quest from him, but when I hit escape or inventory, journal, ...etc. key, game freezes and I have to use alt + f4 and start game again- but same issue happens every time. I can play until I go to the menu. I had problem my entire playing with freezes- but they did last for minute and disappeared. Any advices?

I'm having the exact same issue. One person mentioned it's due to an old version of the unlimited saving patch. We need to delete the current one and re-install a newer version. I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds like a promising solution.

Had the same issue.. and yes, It where caused by an old unlimited-saving-mod.
I just deleted it and the game worked fine since.
Mods are in this folder (in case you don't know anymore)

Steam\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance\Mods

I can confirme that the newest Version does work. I had Freeze on pressing start aswell. Switched to the new Version of the Unlimited save Mod.
