how to make Adam my innkeeper? what quest to do? i have built a Tavern and i asked him but he just says he cant right now

I believe he's connected to the quest line with Fritz Matthew and Andrew. Maybe you have to complete it first

Yeah, take Andrew’s quests. After Masqurade Andrew will talk to you about Adams problem. Once you recover Adams lost stash he will take the job.

He is the innkeeper at the Glade. the inn that is between neuhof and merhojed.

Have you done Fritz and Matthew's previous quests in sassau>ledechko?

You need to do them first, sassau one then wait a few in-game days and the next one appears.

i did the one in sasau, and i helped them with the foreman at the mill in ledetchko but i havent gotten a masquerade quest

Have you met with them at the gladde? they are the ones that start the quest by telling you to talk to the innkeeper, if they havent showed up there yet, they are either still at ledetchko and you need to wait a few more in-game days for them to leave (also make sure you do "A Costly Brawl" if they are still at ledetchko) they should eventually turn up at the glade.

You can also talk to the innkeeper at ledetchko and ask what is new and he should say that the "troublemakers" have left.

There are a number of sites online where you can find out what the quest prerequisites are. Then trace them back to the last one you’ve completed. To get to Adams quest there is a series you have to do first.
