When does Pribyslavitz break even?
I built the woodcutters and recruited Kunesh, barely scraped together enough for the bridge and road and am out of money. Running costs are -125 or something like that and I only produce 10 groschen from woodcutters. Kunesh hasn’t added any extra benefit from what I can tell. Before I deposit anymore money and have it disappear, how much should I save up and what will start getting me to break even so I don’t lose groschen on my chest? I get the feeling the supplies building will just add to the deficit after going around making more supply lines. My character is poor I went straight from Baptism by Fire to this. Haven’t ever beat main storyline I want to savor it.

Some guides put anywhere from 23k to 35k, you will need to build bast the core buildings and then get the cheapest supplies possible (you can get the stone down to 3k if you pass a speech check) before you can build things like the alehouse that will bring your negative income back to positive.

You need the woodcutters, the bridge, the trader and charcole, then you need to build the blacksmith and you'll break even. Took me about 20-22k.

The tavern earns me the most by far.

Hope it’s the low estimate of 20k instead of 35k I would like to buy some decent armor eventually too!

There is a guide on it if you are interested, shows you what buildings are best for the ammount of money etc and how they interact with each-other, a rough estimate of mine was 25k which was the total cost of the woodcutter>road and bridge> trader> all four supplies, i personally built the tavern as soon as possible and then upgraded and had quite a nice income.

About the same for me, just a wee bit more as i already contructed some more buildings. Went with woodcutters, bridge, trader, bakery, behive and smithy having every resource besides stone and atm i earn a modest 135 groschen which was good enough for me as i only wanted to get out of the permanent moneysink area. Next up comes the tavern.

You can break even at around 14,800. The best profit you could have at that investment is 160 per day. (10 per day loss before collection of any supplies from the trader, or the building of the first income building (cheapest, but not necessarily highest return on investment being the butcher/baker).
More typically I'd expect about 20,000 to see most players on track.

Last question just curious but do houses spawn automatically as you develop your core buildings? Or do all villagers end up living in their shops ?

From what i have seen, every building spawns a few beds/places to sleep, and your fully upgraded rathouse (forgot name) has about 4 beds or so. I dont think it matters anyways, the npc are quite dumb since they go to the nearest bed even if its outside on the tents.
