How to activate from the ashes?

I just bought the dlc and when i enter a save it tells me its been activated but where do i go to become bailif or initiate the quest?The only main story quest on my quest log is to meet hans capon at the end of the game and when i do it it just says the end so what do i do

if you load a game after beating runt you should get a message that the dlc is activated and that you should talk to diwish.

Saw this posted somewhere else, "Ok found out how to start it. Go have the meeting with the noblemen, then pick up the letter. Don’t go to lord coupon. Head back to Talmberg, sir divish will not be there. Go sleep for 24 hours then go up stairs to the lodging area in Talmberg castle, you will find him in one of the rooms (looks like a small chapel where he seems to be praying) if you speak to him the option for Pribyslavitz will show. The quest line will start after the conversation."

I am at Talmberg, but Diviš is here but I cant tolk to him :(

You can start the DLC from any save after killing Runt in Pribyslawitz. Go talk to Sir Divish. He should be in Talmberg and there should be a quest icon on him on map and on your compass.

If you have Epilogue activated you have to finish the meeting with the lords in Rattay first as he is locked in a room there.

Right, No Divish in talmberg or Rattay, Talmberg castle broken, graphics all over the place, What the hell is this mess ??!!

I can't continue either, I've spoken to Divish and he said to find the Locator, but I didn't get a quest for it. The name of my save changed though. I scoured the roads to Pribyslavitz and the area itself but there's nothing there and nobody to talk to!

I tried the whole thing twice. The result was the same, but the second time I did it the gate in Talmberg was missing.

I've got the Epilogue quest active, but it's the final stage where talking to Capon leads to the end sequence. I can't see a way to complete or cancel this quest.
