Making Time Pass During Training

I want to make training with Bernard part of a daily schedual my character goes through everyday in the early game to train their skills but can't because time stops when you train. Is there a way to enable time passing during training sessions?

I'm failing to see the problem. Why do you need time to pass during training?

You can simulate time passing by pressing T after the training if you want. They probably had time freeze so you don't throw him off of his schedule of eating and sleeping by training too close to bedtime.
