How to get master Armorer to Pribyslavitz.

Hello. Little spoilers alert, dont read if you havent completed coin forgery yyet. I wont be using names, becouse i play czech version, and names are different often. Anyway when i tried to get master armorer from Sasau to Pribyslavitz, he said he have to solve his dispute with monastery blacksmith first. Becouse this isnt my first playthrough, i knew that monastery blacksmith has part in coin forgery. So i thought putting him in jail is best idea how to solve dispute.
So I advanced my main quest to that point. To say it plain, i finished it through quicksilver way, i missed ceratin skill to follow copper way. I didnt know just one way is enough to complete quest, and now i cant convict monastery blacksmith anymore. I cant do anything after discovering that copper ore.
So did i .. spoil it? Or is there some other way to solve their dispute?

you have to make the quest "Rattled" and help one of them or you can not recruite them, which means you have to confront zach about the copper in order to get that quest.

This is for anybody else looking into this as I did. If Master Ota loses the duel, he disappears and his shop is locked, all I could find was a generic armorsmith in the yard. However if you throw the duel, he can be recurited with a speech check (his speech is fairly low, but he has a 20 strength stat). I'm sure there are other ways to resolve this, but this way was quick and easy way to get master ota as the armorsmith.
