Database system error - tables can't be loaded???????

have not played for a while game is up to date, i get the error when trying to open the game.

game may be up to date. sounds like a mod error. mods up to date?

ive updated mods, add a couple new what is the correct way to add mods now? make sure Im doing it right do the unzipped file just go in the mod folder still???
