Slow horse
My horse is slow and wont run. I am faster on foot than on horseback.
What can I do?

I think you're exxagerating about being faster on foot, though I suppose you might not know how to gallop. Double tab and hold shift to 'sprint' with your horse.

please tell me how I could be this far into the game and not know how to gallop :D
no, the horse does not react to any commants except for go. only the slowest speed is available.

it has strange stats: speed 1
it should have speed 28. what happened?

ive found if i re loadit fixes it even if i sleep before the reload

its bugged, i have this fail after my horse was bugged, i just take the save before he bugged
