Controller "Fix"
Hi everyone,

when you want to play with the controller and, like me, have problems with the bindings and sensitivity: I found a solution.

You have to locate the game in your library and select "Steam-Controller config" from the context menu (I'm from germany, so i dont know how it is named in the english version, sorry). There, select the "default" action set.

To increase the sensitivity, click on "Joystick Mouse" (right analog stick). There you can increase the "mouse sensitivity" (bottom, left slider). This will increase your "look-around-speed".

When you cant jump, like me, edit the X button to the actual controllers X button. Sounds weird, but for me it was set to "1" (melee weapon).

I also removed the "start of click" trigger on the B button, which was set to "2" (ranged weapon). And mapped the 1 and 2 keys to the left and right arrow buttons on the controller.

PS: And i mapped the outer ring of the left analog stick to the shift key, so that i run, when i hit it.

Hope it helps.

Cheers.

I found out how out to adjust the gamepad sensitivity which other Reddit users say actually works! I don't have the game yet so I can't confirm it myself.

Thanks to Reddit user "ThinkExternal" for originally posting this information!

"Either type this in the console or add it to your user.cfg. If you don't have a user.cfg simply create a text file and rename. The file goes in your Kingdom Come root directory.

cl_xi_sensitivity = 45

45 is the default value, which takes about 2 secs to rotate a full 360 degrees on the x-axis.

A value of 75 takes around 1 second for a 360 degree rotation. Unfortunately this also affects the y axis as there isn't a unique value for each axis."
