Father Simon Bug ???

says that i have to go to rovno and find Father simon but there is a villager there and i cant speak with him he just says" do you need something" and there is no option to speak with him WTF ?

is this a bug

because if i cant finish this quest in 1 day it will fail

Whoever found Father Simon, could you PLEASE just upload a screenshot of the map with a marker WHERE YOU FOUND HIM? This quest keeps failing for me because I am not completing it on time. Literally this bug is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ruining the game.
