What is the fastest way to level speech? And where can a find a master to train me in speech, also where can i find a shop that sells a bunch of skill books? Thank you!

There are a couple books you can buy.

I think speech is only upgraded when you find out something new. So greyed out options don't help speech.

So basically, learn new topics to raise speech.
