Very poorly optimized - Poor performance
I play in "4k" 3840x2160 and it's the first game I can not run at 60 fps constant (even in low).
I play most of my games in high-ultra to have 60fps constant (Far Cry Primal, The Witcher 3, Steep, ...).

Would there be any tips for optimizing the game properly?

The devellopeurs (if you go through) have they predicted a big optimization of the game?
Because in the state, the game is very very poorly optimized (despite all the qualities that the game may have).

ps: Sorry for my bad English, i help me with Google traduction

my configuration: 1080ti - I7 7700k 4.2ghz - 16gb ddr4

First of all it's hardly to play 4K on 16 ram at all, if we are speaking of REAL 4k okay.
I'm running this game on 60fps with high texture mod and all on ultra settings and it's not droping abit.

And the last I'll do you a favour so you can enjoy it yourself, go here and do this steps: https://www.nexusmods.com/kingdomcomedeliverance/mods/27?tab=description

Enjoy most ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ beautiful game ever

The problem is that KCD is far from being the 'most ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ beautiful game ever'. The Witcher 3 is, what, 4 years old and it looks better - both technically and, especially, aesthetically - than KCD (and it runs much better to boot). Hell, this game doesn't even have anything on Horizon: Zero Dawn, a PS4 game.

I think this kind of statements are a matter of personal taste. TW3 looks fine overall for me but has nothing to do with KCD technically and aesthetically. TW3 is a fantasy & action RPG and its enviroment looks for me pretty much unrealistic, non-organic and even a bit repetitive, as it's intended. KCD is an historical and realistic pure RPG and its enviroment looks fully organic and verosimilar. KCD is stuck to the reality of the real locations that handle to reproduces on a scale of 1: 0.5. Of course, KCD needs some extra work on performance optimization by polishing several areas and game locations but imo looks significantly better and more beatiful than TW3, as expected taking into account TW3 is already ~4 years old. Anyway, it's very difficult to be able to compare two so different titles.

No fixes. Don't waste your time. Get a refund. Take another look in a years time or so, when they might have got the game into a semi releaseble state.

btw....you would struggle to even get the game to run a CONSISTENT 60 fps at 1080p, even with a GTX 1080ti.

Bumping this guys comment up. Quite being an entitled little brat, also take the time to learn what our current gen of hardware can actually do.

Kingdom Come isn't exactly lightyears better-looking than even older open world games, there's no excuse for bleeding edge hardware to struggle while playing it at 1080p. The devs need to show us that they hear our concerns and dedicate themselves to fixing these performance issues.

The game is not bad as in optimized. I could explain but I don't think it will get anywhere. Just think of witcher 3 on and around release, or just don't think at all, I don't mind ether way.

Runs smooth and easy on my I7 9 x 3,33Ghz, Navida 6GB, 24 Gb Ram. 1920 x 1080 resolution. HD textures on and ultra /high settings. No problems at all.

This lighting altering mod helps a lot, around 25% improvement, and it's being updated quite frequently.
