I think this kind of statements are a matter of personal taste. TW3 looks fine overall for me but has nothing to do with KCD technically and aesthetically. TW3 is a fantasy & action RPG and its enviroment looks for me pretty much unrealistic, non-organic and even a bit repetitive, as it's intended. KCD is an historical and realistic pure RPG and its enviroment looks fully organic and verosimilar. KCD is stuck to the reality of the real locations that handle to reproduces on a scale of 1: 0.5. Of course, KCD needs some extra work on performance optimization by polishing several areas and game locations but imo looks significantly better and more beatiful than TW3, as expected taking into account TW3 is already ~4 years old. Anyway, it's very difficult to be able to compare two so different titles.
Bumping this guys comment up. Quite being an entitled little brat, also take the time to learn what our current gen of hardware can actually do.
Best and most beautyfull Rpg game i ever played ...
