Accidents? (Encounters)

What am I supposed to do with these encounters? Are they potential side quests that I'm late for? I have absolutely no idea what to make of them.

After revisiting some of the accident sites I has found earlier, and having a very thorough look around, I discovered that most of the accident sites do have, if not some very well hidden treasure, at least something that can be taken.
For example, at one site, I could pick up an arrow.
My suspicion is thus, that I the sites that seem to have nothing are just the ones where I haven't yet found the thing that is there.

One accident is next to the road directly south of Rattay, where a skeleton, missing the skull, lays under an overturned wagon. The skull can be found some distance further down the slope.
I didn't find anything there yet, did somebody?

Another "accident" where I found nothing is in a field near Uzhitz, where some bastard obviously r*ped a woman and made it look like she was a witch that had fallen from a height with her flying broomstick Anybody discovered something there?

Like the Interesting Sites, they're just there to add a bit of flavor to the world rather than just more trees, rocks, etc.

A huge portion of the “interesting sites” have chest which the treasure maps lead to. From what I’ve seen, the best gear in the game comes out of those. For instance, I found a chest piece, that had the same name as what I was wearing, but it had a slightly different color, and its stats were a hair better across the board.

Could you please screenshots where you found which accident? Esp. the witch and the halfburried creepy body?

South of rattay ... near the bandit camp?
