The first time I got to fire a bow was in a contest. Needless to say I lost, badly. Then got worked over in the follow up duel.
Fighting 2 vs 1 or more is where things get dicey.
His bow which you get as a prize is quite sweet, but requires a higher agility than I have atm
Fighting multiple opponents is indeed tricky. You need to always keep moving and maneuver in such a way so they don't surround you. If they do that, you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥ (well even more ♥♥♥♥♥♥)
I think long weapons would be better suited for multiple opponents, but I haven't tried it.
I can already see 'go back to Skyrim' being a cheeky insult to people who can't/wont learn how to play this game.
Aww, little kiddie is happy again cause he won.
Hopefully they make the game harder because its soo easy at one point you 1 hit everything.
Kiddos like you with your shi**y I NEED WIN I NEED WIN EZ EZ LOULZ attitude are the reason games suck nowadays.
No, when 20% of the player base can't get the hang of KCD combat, it means that 20% of the player base aren't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ smart enough to get the hang of KCD combat.
You're the kind of idiot that expects to be a master at driving the first time he gets in to a car.
It takes ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ learn how to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ do ♥♥♥♥.
Either learn how to do combat in KCD, or get the ♥♥♥♥ off these forums.
Preferably the latter.
When you get too Rattay 1 training session to learn dodge/parry and off I went to hack up some bandits near Neuhof. Bought a dagger and a new sword with high blunt damage and I even took out plated enemies. Got their gear and trolled the rest of game.
You don't have to be on point. Combat is relatively easy enough. Only issue I had was the fist fight vs the drunk. Had no idea how combat worked but after a few tries you get the hang of it and he goes down easy enough.
I find this game quite relaxing to play after a day of hard work. its slow paced and chill to unwind with. Totally different from bullethell games and such which are actually difficult. I also agree with the statement of the person saying Dark Souls is just artificial difficulty. DS1 for example "difficulty" was its slow response time and clunky controls...nothing else.. I enjoy playing such games, but calling them hard ... no. Go play a Devil May Cry, Bayonetta or an average bullethell game. they are much more difficult then a dark souls.
Saying 20% of the playerbase has issues with something and using it as an argument for an indie game is weird. First off stop pulling numbers from your ass. Second indie games cater to a niche audience. Don't like the games such devs make then don't play them. On top of that... Just because the majority of a population likes something, doesn't mean that it is also good. You need to consider the majority of the population are idiots. Idiots just want shallow simple entertainment. There are plenty of products that give such an experience for that kind of people. So stop ruining niche games for people who don't want simple idiotic experiences.
