What started as a simple errand for sir cucksalot has now turned into a labor of finding the seemingly nonexistant wine cellar. Please don't tell me it's in the tailor shop or something.

I feel your pain. It took me about 15 minutes to find a shovel. I thought surely a barn or maybe even a burned out blacksmith's shed would contain a shovel. I just thought I'd check on that barking dog after I found a shovel . . . (- _ -)

ok, i solved the mystery. You have to take the key from Hans. This key is inside the Chest at the bathouse. Then you can open the door behind the town hall(upstairs).
Once you are inside you can go downstairs and there is one more door through the wine cellar. but be careful, there is a guard inside the cellar.

There's a door alongside the armorsmith's shop, to the left of it, there's a small walkway around the building. That's also where to go to find the stairs to go up into the sleeping area if you don't have the key or lockpicking.
